On article submission
We appreciate receiving articles on local governance, preferably encyclopedia or text book type, to be considered for adding to our archive at www.decwatch.wordpress.com
The article archiving has two purposes : One is to build up a new body of literature and the other is to develop writing ability of the emerging contributors, indirectly.
However, we are extremely happy to accept primary articles on an evolving phenomenon, a new trend or a notable event, from seasoned writers as is being done.
